Jason Riley is a trusted leader and certified professional in Supply Chain Management, Lean Management, Construction, and Adult Education in Canada and the United States. With a career grounded in transformational applications of Organizational Excellence and Supply Chain Management, Jason has built a reputation as a dependable consultant, educator, and thought leader. 

As the Chair of the Management Consultant Consortium of North America (MCCNA), Jason collaborates with a network of professional management consultants driving impactful change across diverse North American industries. Over the years, he has supported mission-critical sectors such as Aviation, Automotive, Construction, Oil & Gas, Technology, and Education through the implementation of change management best practices, creating measurable stakeholder value. 

Adding to his professional portfolio, Jason shares his expertise with working adults as an instructor and course developer at Mount Royal University and Medicine Hat College. He takes pride in delivering value through high-quality education, equipping students with the tools they need to succeed in a competitive landscape. 

Jason is widely recognized for his deep expertise in innovative methodologies and quality management systems. He has contributed extensively to the implementation of strategies like Hoshin Kanri, One Point Lessons, Kaizen Events, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, Single Piece Flow, Bucket Brigade, and the Milk Run. Additionally, his specialization in Quality Management Systems, including ISO, PPAP, FMEA, and APQP, has positioned him as a sought-after expert across industries.

Away from his professional commitments, Jason is a devoted family man, married for 28 years and a father to three children. A lover of sports and the outdoors, he embodies balance, bringing the same passion and dedication to his personal life as he does to his professional endeavors.
